Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Saturday.
  • Orders placed before 3 PM will be processed and scheduled for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following day.
  • Delivery times are between 8 AM and 6 PM. Customers will receive a notification with estimated delivery times on the day of delivery.

Delivery Fees:

  • A standard delivery fee applies based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Free delivery is available for orders above a minimum purchase threshold, which may occasionally vary due to special promotions.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and up-to-date. EG Groceries will not be held responsible for delayed or missed deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient information.

Missed Deliveries:

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and cannot be completed, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, EG Groceries only delivers within specified regions in Kenya. We are actively working on expanding our delivery network.
